Have you ever been so afraid of taking a step in life, that you completely avoided it?
In recent years, the Law of Attraction has started to become more and more utilized to attract dreams and goals by people wanting to see their lives change. While speaking affirmations and journaling is an extremely helpful practice, the most important part of utilizing the law of attraction is the “ACTION”. We can’t just hope and dream and journal. We must also remember to act and take the steps necessary to attract the goals we have. We must make an avenue for our manifestations to come into fruition.
It’s easy to say this, but we all know sometimes the “action” is the hardest part. We all have moments when we are moved by extreme emotions; i.e. excitement, frustration, sadness, etc., and we make promises to ourselves and sometimes others that we will do something or change or start doing things that will change our lives. We go and make all the plans for our new goals and start a new regimen to attract our manifestations, but what usually happens when things start to feel difficult or boring? We quit. We quit because it’s easier to stick to what we are used to, which are the habits that encourage our unhealthy and/or negative behaviors.
When we get to the point where we want to quit, that is when we need to double down and reassess why we want to change in the first place. Why have we created these goals and started our journeys in the first place?
Sometimes fear can be debilitating. Fear of change. Fear of the unknown. It can all be quite scary not knowing what is to come. Once we learn how to change our mindset and make the switch from ‘the unknown in scary’ to ‘the unknown is exciting’. That is when we can really make progress. Having patience and enjoying the journey rather than being afraid of what could happen is a sweet notion we can keep in mind.
In order to manifest our goals, we must keep our “why” in mind, take action, and not let fear stop us from taking the next steps. Yes, it can be scary, but the on the other side of fear is “that wasn’t so bad, why didn’t I do that earlier?”
Release the fear and attract with action.
